Free plan limits
The Free plan includes 50 orders a month. When you reach 50, your menu stays online but turns view-only: customers can browse but can't order until the 1st of next month, or straight away if you upgrade. Walk-in POS sales and cancelled orders don't count.

The 50-order limit
Step 1: Watch your count
On Free, your dashboard and Billing show Free plan with how many orders you have used, for example 23 / 50 orders this month. The bar turns amber from 80%.
Step 2: At 50, the menu turns view-only
Once 50 orders are used, the menu link and your table QR codes open a menu customers can browse but not order from. There are no Add buttons and checkout refuses. The dashboard shows a red message saying so.
Step 3: It opens again on the 1st, or when you upgrade
The count resets on the 1st of the month in your store's time zone. If you upgrade, ordering opens straight away. See Upgrade or change your plan.
