Upgrade or change your plan
Open Billing and press Upgrade, pick Monthly or Yearly and a plan, then pay. The new plan switches on as soon as it is paid. Moving from Lite to Pro credits your unused Lite days. Stepping down is self-serve only while nothing has been paid for the plan you hold.

Upgrade your plan
Step 1: Open Billing and press Upgrade
Go to Billing in the sidebar and press Upgrade. On the Free plan the plan cards are on the Billing page itself, and the dashboard's usage line has an Upgrade link too.
Step 2: Choose Monthly or Yearly, then a plan
On Choose your plan, pick Monthly or Yearly (2 months free), then press Upgrade to Lite or Upgrade to Pro. Prices are shown in US dollars. In India you pay the rupee amount, by UPI or card. Elsewhere you pay by card.
Step 3: Pay, and the plan switches on
You are taken to a payment page for the plan's invoice. The card or UPI AutoPay you pay with is kept for your later renewals. When it is paid you come back to the dashboard on the new plan.
Every kind of change
| You want to | How it works |
|---|---|
| Go from Free to Lite or Pro | Press Upgrade, pay, and the plan is on. The paid period starts today. |
| Go from Lite to Pro | Press Upgrade to Pro. The unused days of your Lite period are credited as a line on the Pro invoice. |
| Switch between monthly and yearly | See Monthly or yearly billing. |
| Step down while nothing is paid | For a free trial, or after the plan ran out unpaid, press Switch to Free or Switch to Lite. A box lists what will stop, and you confirm. Switching to Free cancels the unpaid bill and unlocks the dashboard. Switching to Lite opens its payment page. |
| Step down when a bigger plan is paid ahead | Contact support. The smaller plan starts when the period you've paid for ends. |
| Go to Enterprise | Press Contact us. See Enterprise. |
- Stepping down off Pro disconnects your WhatsApp Business number. You get a separate warning with the number before you confirm.
- Other things that stop when you step down, if the new plan doesn't include them: loyalty and review requests, your own riders and delivery partners, coupons and offers, online payments, your own domain and custom design, scheduled orders and table bookings, and the customer list.
- Add-ons you were sold separately stay.
