Menuthere takes 0% commission
Menuthere takes 0% commission on every order, on every plan, including Free. You pay for a plan if you want more features, never a share of your sales. The only per-order cost is a transaction fee your own payment gateway may charge.

What you pay and what you don't
| Cost | Who charges it | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Commission on your orders | Nobody | Menuthere takes 0% on every plan. |
| Plan fee | Menuthere | Free costs nothing. Lite and Pro are monthly or yearly. See Plans compared. |
| Online payment fee | Your payment gateway | Cashfree, Razorpay, Easebuzz, ICICI or Stripe set their own fee for card and UPI payments. |
| Cash orders | Nobody | No fee applies to cash, pay at store or cash on delivery. |
Customers order from your own link, your own website and your own table QR codes, so orders come straight to you. On online payments the money goes to the gateway account you connected, not through a Menuthere balance.
Good to knowThe Free plan includes 50 orders a month and no commission. See Free plan limits. To compare this with delivery apps, try the delivery app commission calculator.
Questions
Is there a catch on the Free plan?
The limit is 50 orders a month, after which the menu becomes view-only until the 1st or until you upgrade. There is no commission at any point.
Who pays the gateway fee?
You do, to your gateway. Menuthere doesn't add to it or share in it.
