Bill & KOT layouts has 13 ready bill layouts, including tax invoices for India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and more, and 4 KOT layouts. Pick one, press Use this layout, or click any line on the receipt to change it.

Choose a layout

Step 1: Open the layouts

In Settings › Printers, press Open Bill & KOT layouts. Switch between Bill and Kitchen ticket (KOT) at the top, and preview as Dine-in, Takeaway or Delivery.

Step 2: Pick one

Press a layout in the gallery to preview it, Test print it, then press Use this layout. The one in use shows ✓ In use.

Change any line

  • Press Edit this layout, then click a line on the receipt.
  • Change its words and add fields such as the store name, bill number, table or total.
  • Set its Size (Normal, Tall, Wide, Big), bold and alignment, move it up or down, hide it or delete it.
  • Add below it: + Text, + Two-sided line, + Divider, + Space or + QR code. Undo with Ctrl+Z, or Reset to original.
  • QR codes on the bill: pay this bill (UPI), your menu or website, Google review, WhatsApp chat, Instagram, free Wi-Fi, the bill on the customer's phone, the delivery location, or any link.
  • Logo: Upload logo under Your details, and pick its size. Printers print it in black and white.
  • Your details: store name, address, phone and tax number (GSTIN, VAT or TRN) for the bill. Empty fields use the store's own.
  • Bill numbers (free store): keep counting (123, 124, 125…) from a number you choose, or start at 1 every day. A Menuthere store uses its dashboard's numbers.
Picture printing neededLayouts, logos, QR codes and Arabic print in Picture mode. In Text mode, only the old block designer (Bill blocks, KOT blocks) changes the bill.

Questions

Do layouts sync between my tills?
No. Bill and KOT layouts are saved on each device; set them up on every till.
My country isn't listed. What should I use?
Start from Menuthere standard and edit the lines and your tax number.
