How the limit works
| Topic | Detail |
|---|---|
| Orders included | 50 a month on the Free plan. Lite and Pro are unlimited, subject to fair use. |
| What counts | Orders placed by customers, from your menu link or a table QR code. |
| What does not count | Cancelled orders, unpaid online checkouts and walk-in sales you ring up on the POS. |
| When the count restarts | On the 1st of every month, in your store's timezone. |
| Where to see it | On the dashboard, the store card shows Free plan · 31 / 50 orders this month with a bar that turns amber from 80% and red at 100%. |
In the dashboardDashboard
What happens at 50
- Your menu link and your table QR codes show the menu but have no Add buttons, and checkout refuses new orders.
- Orders already placed carry on as usual. You can accept, print and complete them.
- A box on the dashboard tells you once a month: You've used all 50 orders this month.
- Ordering reopens on the 1st of next month, or straight away when you upgrade.
Good to knowMoving to Lite or Pro reopens ordering at once. See Upgrade or change your plan and Free plan limits.
Questions
Do my table QR codes stop working at 50?

Do POS sales use up my 50?
No. Walk-in sales you ring up on the POS are not counted.
Do I lose any data at the limit?
No. Everything stays in your dashboard.
