Set up delivery: start here
Delivery takes four decisions: switch it on, set where you deliver, set what you charge, and choose who carries the order. The first three work on every plan. Your own riders, the Menuthere delivery pool, Shiprocket and delivery agents start on Pro.
Each step below links to its own page. You can stop after step 3 and carry orders yourself, then add riders or a courier partner later.

Set up delivery in four steps
Step 1: Switch Delivery on
Open Settings → Ordering → Order types and switch on Delivery ("Customers order to their address."). If you can't see the Delivery settings tab, delivery isn't switched on for your store. Ask Menuthere support to turn it on.
Step 2: Set where you deliver
Open the Delivery settings tab. Keep Delivery Radius and set the Maximum delivery distance, or choose Custom Boundary to draw areas on the map. Add a Minimum order amount if you want one. See Delivery radius and Delivery zones.

Step 3: Set what you charge
Under How is delivery charged? choose Flat fee, By distance or By zone. See Delivery charges. To reward big orders, add free or reduced delivery.
Step 4: Choose who carries the order
Pick one of the options in the table below. You can combine them: route deliveries by distance sends near orders to your riders and far ones to a courier.
