Scheduled orders (Prebookings)
Orders that customers book for later collect in the Prebookings tab, separate from the live list. A red Prepare now box lists the ones due within the hour, and each row tells you when to prepare it.

Work through your prebookings
Step 1: Open the Prebookings tab
In Orders press Prebookings. The number on the button counts bookings that are still open. The tab appears once your plan and your Prebooking settings allow orders for later. See Prebooking and scheduled orders.
Step 2: Watch the Prepare now box
Bookings due within the hour are listed in a red box titled Prepare now, each with Prepare by and a countdown such as DUE IN 25 MIN. A slot that has passed reads OVERDUE. Once the food is ready the booking leaves the box.

Step 3: Prepare and move it on
Open the booking. Prebooked for shows the date and slot, or Table booking for a dine-in table. Move it through the usual statuses. See How an order moves.
How the Prebookings tab works
- Bookings are listed in slot order. The sort menu has Prebooking time, which puts the soonest slot first.
- Each row says Prepare for with the date, such as Today or Tomorrow, and the slot.
- Rows turn amber when due within the hour and red when overdue.
- The tab loads the next 30 days of bookings and yesterday's, so a booking taken weeks ago still appears on the day it is due.
- Completed and cancelled bookings leave the tab and are found in All orders.
