Brand page and outlet picker
If your restaurant has several outlets under one brand, customers can open one brand link and pick an outlet before they see the menu. You choose the picker's layout: List, Grid or Brand. Menuthere sets up the brand page, so ask support to create it.

What the customer sees
Step 1: Opens the brand link
The customer opens your brand's link. Instead of one menu they see Pick an outlet.
Step 2: Finds the nearest outlet
They can search by outlet name or area, or press Use my current location. The brand layout shows each outlet's distance and lets them sort by Nearest or A–Z. For delivery they enter their address, and the outlets are sorted so one whose delivery area covers it comes first.
Step 3: Picks an outlet and orders
They tap an outlet and carry on to its menu. With the Brand layout the order-type step comes after they choose the outlet, so they choose delivery, takeaway or dine-in on arrival.
Choose a layout
| Layout | What it looks like |
|---|---|
| List | A compact row for each outlet. This is the starting layout. |
| Grid | Two photo cards per row. |
| Brand | A full-screen poster. Your colour and logo are at the top, then a card for each outlet with its distance, open or closed status from its hours, and call and directions buttons. |
Step 1: Ask Menuthere support
The outlet picker is not in the dashboard yet. Tell support which layout you want for your brand page.
Step 2: Pick a layout
Choose List, Grid or Brand. Customers see the new layout on their next visit.
