What you can do on WhatsApp
WhatsApp works in two ways on Menuthere. On every plan, customers can send their order to your WhatsApp number. On Pro you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, and Menuthere sends order updates, reminders and offers from it, plus a bot you build yourself.

A customer messages your number, a flow answers with a link to your menu, and as the order moves through your dashboard the customer gets an update at each step.

Questions
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can link the number you already run on the WhatsApp Business app. Menuthere asks you to sign in with Facebook and pick your business number. See Connect your WhatsApp number.
Does Menuthere charge for WhatsApp messages?
No. Meta bills message charges to your own WhatsApp Business account, and Menuthere takes nothing from them.
What do I get on the Free plan?
Customers can send their order to your WhatsApp number once they have placed it. Automatic updates, flows and broadcasts need Pro. See Get orders on your WhatsApp.
