Create the offer
Step 1: Start a new offer
Go to Promotions → Offers and press Create offer. The Active offers list shows what is running now.
Step 2: Pick the items
Under Pick the items, press Add item, search with Search items…, tick the dishes and press Done. Select all ticks every dish shown.
Step 3: Set the deal
Under Set the deal, choose % off or Flat price and type the amount. Choose how long it Runs: Today, 7 days, 30 days or Custom with a start and end. Switch Show on for Delivery and Dine-in, and set Limit per order if you want one.
Step 4: Check the preview and publish
The Preview card shows each dish's old and new price and Customer saves. Press Publish offer. The offer starts straight away, unless you chose a Custom start in the future.
How offers behave
- A percentage offer on a sized dish applies to every size. A flat price leaves out any size that already costs that much or less.
- The new price must be below the normal price, or the dish cannot be included.
- Takeaway follows the Delivery switch. It has no switch of its own.
- Once published, only the Limit per order can be edited, with the pencil on the offer. To change the price, dates or channels, delete the offer and create it again.
- Customers get either an offer or a discount on the same cart unless you allow both. See Stack discounts or keep them apart.
