Export customers
Press Export on the customer list to download a spreadsheet of the customers on screen. If you picked a segment or a filter, the file holds only those customers, so you can hand a segment straight to whoever runs your campaign.

Export your customers
Step 1: Narrow the list if you want
Use Search name or phone, Filters or, on Pro, the segment button. The export follows exactly what is on screen.
Step 2: Press Export
Press Export next to Filters. A file downloads and a message says Customer data downloaded!.
Step 3: Open the file
The file is an Excel workbook named like Customers_VIPs_Spice Route_2026-10-06.xlsx. The segment name is in the file name only when you picked a segment. The sheet is called Customers.

| Phone | The customer's phone number. |
| Name | Their name, or N/A for a guest with no name. |
| Segment | Their segment, for example Regulars. |
| Total Orders | Their number of orders. Cancelled orders are left out. |
| Total Spent | Their total spend, with your currency symbol in the heading. |
| Last Activity | The date of their last order, or of their last WhatsApp message if they never ordered. |
Good to knowExport starts on Lite, so the button does not show on Free. With nothing on screen, you get the message No customer data to download. Always use exports in line with your local privacy rules and with what your customers agreed to.
Questions
Can I export just my VIPs?
Yes, on Pro. Pick VIPs in the segment button and press Export.
Is the export a CSV?
No. It is an Excel file with the .xlsx extension, which Excel and Google Sheets open.
Can I export orders instead of customers?
Yes. Download Report in Analytics exports orders. See Download reports.
