Make a bill
Open the bill and receipt maker. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Add your business and the bill details
Under 1. Your business type your Business name, Address and Phone, and pick your Country. This sets the tax, currency and registration labels. Under 2. Bill details choose Bill or Receipt, then set the Number, Date and Customer name.
Step 2: Add the items
Under 3. Items press Add an item. Type the Item, Qty and Price each. You can set a Discount as an amount or a percent, and a delivery charge.
Step 3: Set tax and payment
Under 4. Tax choose No tax, Included in prices or Added to total, then the Name on the bill and Rate. Under 5. Payment and notes add a payment QR that carries the bill total, a Payment note and a thank-you line.
Step 4: Send or print it
Press Download PDF to print (choose A4 or A5 under 6. Look), Download image, Copy as text or Send on WhatsApp. Press Start the next bill for the next customer.
