QR and menu scans
Analytics counts every time a customer opens your menu from a printed QR code. You see the total for the period, a chart of scans by hour and the scan to order rate, which compares orders with scans.

Read your scans
Step 1: Pick the period
At the top of Analytics, press Today, This Month or Custom. The Menu scans tile shows the scans in that period, with a caption such as Scanned today.
Step 2: Find your busy scan hours
QR scans by hour draws one bar for each hour in your store's timezone. Hover or press a bar to see its hour and count.
Step 3: Compare scans with orders
Scan → order rate is the period's orders divided by its scans, as a percentage. A low rate with many scans suggests people open the menu but do not order, so check your prices, your hours and whether ordering is on.
Good to know
- Only scans of your printed QR codes are counted. A customer who opens your link from Instagram or a message is not a scan.
- With no scans, the card says No QR scans recorded in this period.
- The rate compares all orders in the period with all scans, so it can pass 100% when most orders come from your link and not from QR codes.
- Table QR codes and your menu QR code are printed from Sales channel → QR ordering. See Download and print table QR codes.
