The head office dashboard
The head office dashboard has six screens: Outlets, Orders, Analytics, Settlements, Billing and Settings. They show every branch together. Orders, analytics, settlements and bills are read-only. To change a branch, open its own dashboard.

The six screens
| Screen | What it shows |

| Outlets | Every branch today: an Open now or closed tag, its plan and billing status, Orders today and Sales today. Open dashboard and View store are on each card. The top shows totals for all branches. |
| Orders | Live orders and All orders across branches. Filter by outlet, status and order type, and set a period. A row opens in its branch with Open in outlet. |
| Analytics | Total revenue, Orders, Avg. order value and Cancelled, with revenue by day, hour or month, order types, online against offline, and a table of outlets you can sort. Choose Completed only or All except cancelled. |
| Settlements | Daily takings per branch: orders, prepaid, cash on delivery and collected. For branches on supported gateways, Show bank payouts asks the gateway what has reached the bank, for up to the last 31 days. |
| Billing | Each branch's plan, its status, next bill and invoices to download. Manage billing opens that branch's own Billing screen. |
| Settings | Your head office Name, Email, Password, Sign out everywhere, and an Activity list of recent events. |
Good to know
- Period controls offer Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month and Custom. Orders also offers All time.
- If your branches use more than one currency, totals show one currency at a time.
- On a phone, the bar at the bottom holds Outlets, Orders, Analytics and Billing. Settlements and Settings are under More.
- The refresh button reads everything again.
- To take a branch out, open the menu on its card and choose Remove from head office. It keeps working on its own, and you can link it again later with a code sent to its email.
Good to knowBank payouts are available for Cashfree and Razorpay branches. For other gateways, open the branch and check its own Settlements screen.
Questions
Can I edit a branch's menu from the head office?
Not here. Use Open dashboard to go into the branch and change it there. See Manage an outlet from head office.
How long do I stay signed in?
The head office session lasts up to 14 days. Sign out everywhere ends it on every device.
Can I change the head office name?
Yes. In Settings, edit the Name and press Save name.
