Buy X get Y
A Buy X get Y discount gives a reward when a customer buys certain items, buys any number of items, or spends a set amount. The reward can be a free item, an amount off or a percentage off. You set how many times one order can earn it.

How a Buy X get Y is built
Step 1: Choose Buy X get Y
Go to Promotions → Discounts, press New discount and under Type choose Buy X get Y. A line at the top spells out your rule as you build it, for example “Buy 2 Margherita → Free Cold coffee”.
Step 2: Say what the customer must do
Under Customer must… choose Buy items, Buy any or Spend. Then fill the Quantity to buy or the Order value. For Buy items, pick the Qualifying items. Any one of them counts.

Step 3: Choose the reward
Under …and gets choose Free item, ₹ off or % off. For a free item, choose Customer gets: One they pick or All of these, then pick the dishes. For ₹ off and % off, type the Reward.
Step 4: Set the repeat, then create it
Max times per order sets how often one order earns the reward. With “buy 2” and 4 bought, a limit of 2 gives two rewards. Enter 99 for no limit. A percentage reward applies once. Press Create discount.
