Accept website and QR orders in the POS
In a store signed in to Menuthere, the Online tab shows the orders customers place on your website, table QR and WhatsApp. A new order rings until someone presses Accept or Reject, and accepting can print its KOT and bill.

Accept an order
Step 1: Hear it
The POS checks for orders every 10 seconds. A new one rings, the window flashes, and on other screens a New online order bar offers View.
Step 2: Accept or reject
Open Online › New. Press Accept, or Reject with a reason (Item not available, Too busy right now, The store is closing, Can't deliver to this address, or your own). The customer is told.
Step 3: Move it along
Press Food Ready, then Dispatched for a delivery, then Completed.
- The Accept button counts down 3 minutes from when the order came in, or to your store's auto-accept time. It turns amber in the last minute and then shows how late it is.
- The tabs are New, Accepted, Food Ready, Dispatched and Done, each with a count.
- If another device already changed the order, the POS says so and shows its new status.
Printing online orders
On Accept, print the KOT and On Accept, print the bill are both on to start with. Every order also has Print KOT and Print bill. If printing fails, the order is still accepted; print it again from the order.
What an order shows
The order number, type (Delivery, Takeaway or Dine-in with the table), a scheduled time, the customer and phone, the address, dishes with add-ons and notes, and the payment (Paid online, Cash on delivery, Pay at the counter). Use the date arrows to see past days; they are read-only.
