Press Discount for the whole bill or Discount this item for one dish: flat or percent, with a reason. Offers you set up in Settings › Offers go on the bill by themselves. Above the discount limit, a manager approves.

Give a discount
Step 1: Open it
Press Discount under the bill, or tap a dish line and press Discount this item.
Step 2: Set it
Choose Flat or Percent %, type the Value and an optional Reason, and press Apply.
- One discount per bill. A new one replaces the old one. Remove discount takes it off.
- Make the bill free (complimentary) or Make this item free (complimentary) gives 100% off with the reason Complimentary.
- Above Settings › Till › Discount limit (10% to start), Manager PIN needed asks for a manager. Complimentary needs one too.
Automatic offers
Step 1: Add an offer
In Settings › Offers, press + Add offer and give it a name, such as *Happy hour*.
Step 2: Choose what it gives
% off the whole bill, % off one category, or Buy some, get some free (pick a dish, then buy N get N free).
Step 3: Choose when
Pick the Days, a Time (leave it empty for all day) and Bill of at least (0 for any bill). Press Save offers.
On the bill, an offer that fits goes on by itself as Offer: and its name. When several fit, the bigger saving wins. A discount you type by hand replaces the offer, and taking an offer off keeps it off for that bill.
Tips
Switch on Tips in Settings › Dine-in & kitchen. A Tip button appears beside Charge: 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% of the food, or an amount. The tip prints on the bill as Tip, and a percent discount on the bill doesn't reduce it.
How tax and round off work
- Tax is worked out on the food after the discount.
- A dish priced with tax inside shows the tax as included; others get it added on top.
- In a Menuthere store, tax and round-off follow your dashboard settings. In a free store, set Tax % and Tax is (Included in my prices or Added on top of my prices) in Menu › Store details.
- With round-off on, the total goes to the nearest whole number as a Round off line.
