How printing works
Menuthere prints two documents for an order: a kitchen ticket (KOT) and the customer's bill. You print them by hand from an order, or switch on auto-print so they come out as the order moves along. The Windows app sends them straight to your printer.

Three ways to print

What you can set

Good to knowIf your browser blocks pop-ups, Menuthere warns you with "Allow pop-ups to print the KOT and bill too" and a button to print them again. Allow pop-ups for your dashboard once and it stops. Printing is included on every plan.
Questions
Do I need special software to print?
No. Any printer your computer can print to works from the browser. The Windows app is for a counter PC that should print straight to the printer without a dialog. See Get the partner app.
Does the kitchen ticket show prices?
No. The KOT lists dishes and quantities only. The bill carries the prices. See Kitchen tickets (KOT).
Can the KOT and bill go to different printers?
Yes. They print as two separate jobs, so you can send the KOT to the kitchen and the bill to the counter.
