Delivery fee and area planner
The delivery fee and area planner draws your delivery area on a map and works out what each distance costs. Choose a flat fee, a fee per km or fees by ring, see the fee table, and copy it as text to send to customers. It is a planning tool and does not change your store.

Plan your fees
Open the delivery fee and area planner. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Find your shop
Under 1. Your shop search in Find your shop for your shop name or street and area. Or drag the red pin on the map to your shop. The map starts in your country until you do.
Step 2: Choose how you charge
Under 2. How you charge choose Flat fee, Per km or Rings. For a flat fee set the Delivery fee and We deliver up to. For per km set a Starting fee, how far it covers and the fee for each extra km. For rings use Add a ring for up to four, each with how far it reaches and its fee.
Step 3: Add free delivery and check the table
Switch on Free delivery above an order amount and set the Order amount. Set the Currency and Distance in: Kilometres or Miles. The map draws your delivery area and the table shows the fee at each distance. The numbers shown first are examples.
Step 4: Copy and share your fees
Under 3. Share your fees press Copy as text and paste the message into WhatsApp, a story or your Instagram bio. Or press Send on WhatsApp. To test a customer, type their address in Check an address. You see the straight-line distance and the fee it would pay.
