Get the partner app (Android, iOS, Windows)
The Menuthere partner app puts your orders on your phone. It rings for new orders, lets you update your menu and shows your sales. A Windows app for the counter PC prints your bills and kitchen tickets. Sign in with the same email you use for the dashboard.

- The app works on every plan. The Download App screen in the sidebar shows from Lite. On Free, search for Menuthere in the App Store or Google Play.

Install the app
Step 1: Open Download App
In the dashboard sidebar, press Download App. The first card, Menuthere on your phone, has the App Store and Google Play buttons.
Step 2: Install it
On a computer, scan the iPhone or Android code with your phone's camera. On a phone, press the button for your store. The app is listed as Menuthere.
Step 3: Sign in and wait for an order
Sign in with your dashboard email and password. A new order rings on your phone and keeps ringing until you accept it.
Menuthere for Windows is for the PC at your counter. It prints your bills and KOTs straight to your printer.
Step 1: Download the installer
On Download App, press Download for Windows on the second card. The card shows the current version and the file size.
Step 2: Install it and sign in
Run the installer on the counter PC and sign in with your dashboard email. Then set up automatic printing in Print KOT and bills automatically.
What the phone app does
- Real-time order notifications. New orders ring until you accept them. See New order alerts and ringing.
- Update your menu. Switch dishes off when they run out.
- Track your sales. Check how the day is going from anywhere.
