The restaurant inventory sheet tool makes a printable stock count sheet by category: item, unit, par level, a column for each count day and To order. Type your counts on screen and To order shows par minus your latest count, or print the sheet blank for a pen.

Make your sheet
Open the restaurant inventory sheet. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Add your details
Under 1. Your details type your Business name and the Week starting date. Both are optional.
Step 2: Pick your count days
Under 2. Count days name each count column, such as Mon, Wed and Fri. Press Add a count day for more, up to 7. With more than 4 the sheet prints sideways.
Step 3: List items and counts
Under 3. Items, par and counts edit each category, item, unit and Par, and type your counts. To order shows par minus the latest count. Press Clear all counts before you count; the first column starts with example numbers.
Step 4: Download it
Switch Print my counts and To order off for a blank sheet, or leave it on to print what you typed. Then press Download PDF to print.
