Make the form
Open the holiday pre-order form template. It is free, needs no sign-up and works on a phone.
Step 1: Pick a holiday
Under What are you taking pre-orders for? choose Any holiday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Diwali, Easter or Eid. It fills the title, suggested items with sizes, an Order by date and sample terms. A link such as /tools/holiday-order-form?preset=christmas opens that holiday straight away.
Step 2: Add your business
Under 1. Your business type your Business name and Phone. Add a Website or ordering link and the form prints a QR code for it; switch off Print a QR code for the link if you don't want one. Add an Address and press Add logo if you like. Pick the Paper size (A4 or US Letter) and the Currency.
Step 3: Set your items and dates
Under 2. Items and dates edit the Form title and the Order by date. Rename the Items, change their sizes, add a unit price or leave it blank, and press Add an item for more. Set the Blank rows to write in and your Time slots, one on each line; they print as tick boxes.
Step 4: Choose sections and terms
Under 3. Sections and terms switch off Allergies and dietary needs, Payment, Terms or Signature if you don't need them. Customer, Collection or delivery and Your order are always on. Edit the Dietary tick boxes, How customers pay and the Terms, one on each line.
Step 5: Print it, or fill in one order
Press Download PDF to print for blank forms, or Copy as text for the questions. To confirm one customer's order, fill in 4. Fill in one order and the quantities: the form shows each line total, the Order total and, after Deposit paid, the balance due. Press Clear this order before you print blank forms again. 5. How it looks has Classic and Plain.
