Delivery zones
Draw the areas you deliver to on a map, instead of one circle around your store. A customer outside every zone can't place a delivery order, and each zone can have its own delivery charge.
Zones replace the delivery radius. Checkout, delivery charges and free delivery all follow them.

Set up delivery zones
Drawing works best for areas that don't follow a neighbourhood boundary, like both sides of a highway up to a bridge.
Step 1: Switch to Custom Boundary
Open Settings → Ordering → Delivery settings. Under Delivery area, choose Custom Boundary. Start from my radius turns your current circle into a first zone.
Step 2: Draw the area
Tap the map to drop corners. Drag a corner to move it, or tap near an edge to add a corner there. Dashed lines show how far each corner is from your store.
Step 3: Name it, then save
Type the zone's name in its row and add more zones the same way. Switch a zone off to pause it without deleting it, then press Save.
Type a neighbourhood or district and Menuthere draws its real outline from OpenStreetMap as a new zone.
Step 1: Search the area
In Delivery area, use Add an area by name and type the area, for example a neighbourhood or district. Pick the right result.
Step 2: Check the outline and save
The outline appears as a named zone that you can still edit corner by corner. Press Save.
By default a zone only decides where you deliver, and your usual pricing sets the fee. Charging by zone gives each zone its own fee.
Step 1: Choose By zone
Under How is delivery charged?, choose By zone. The option shows only while zones are in use.
Step 2: Enter a charge for each zone
Every zone that is switched on needs a charge. Save stays blocked until each one has one.
What customers see
- A customer whose address is inside a zone orders as usual, and pays that zone's charge if you charge by zone.
- A customer outside every zone is stopped at checkout for every delivery method, including Porter, the delivery pool and your own riders. They can still choose takeaway.
- Free and reduced delivery can be limited to chosen zones. See Free and reduced delivery.
