Settlements and bank payouts
Settlements shows your daily takings split into prepaid (paid online) and cash, and for Cashfree and Razorpay it also shows which online payments have reached your bank. You can filter by day or date range and download a report.

Read the Settlements screen
Step 1: Choose a period
Open Settlements in the sidebar and pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month or Custom. A custom range is up to 366 days.
Step 2: Check your takings
The top card shows Orders, Prepaid (paid online), COD (cash collected) and Collected, with each as a share of the total.
Step 3: Follow the bank payout
For Cashfree and Razorpay a Bank settlement card shows Awaiting settlement, Settled, Last payout and Next payout, or Expected when no payout date is known.
Step 4: Open a day for each order
Pick a single day to see every Transaction: time, order number, payment and a Settlement column. Filter it by All, Prepaid or Cash.
What the labels mean
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Settled | Cash and counter payments are already in your hands. An online payment is Settled once the gateway has paid it into your bank. |
| Pending | The gateway hasn't paid it out yet. Payouts usually take one to two working days, longer over weekends and holidays. |
| Dash | Settlement status isn't available. This is shown for gateways Menuthere can't read payouts from, or when the gateway is briefly unreachable. |
