Read your sales
Step 1: Choose the period and which orders count
Press Today, This Month or Custom and pick two dates. Then choose Completed only or All except cancelled. The second also counts orders still in progress, and leaves out cancelled and unpaid online orders.
In the dashboardAnalytics
Step 2: Read the tiles
Total revenue, Orders, Avg. order value and Menu scans. Total revenue adds the totals of the orders in the period, so it includes tax and charges. Avg. order value is revenue divided by orders.
Step 3: See when your busy hours are
Revenue by hour draws one bar for each hour of the day in your store's timezone. Peak hour names the single best hour, and Busiest window names the best two hours in a row.
The two breakdown cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Order types | Delivery, Takeaway and Dine-in, each with its number of orders and its amount, and a bar. In the corner, Offline counts POS orders and Online counts customer orders. |
| Payments | Prepaid (paid online) and COD (pay on delivery). With the POS on, a second list shows Cash, UPI, Card and Not selected for money taken at the counter. |
Under Payments, one line says how much settles to your bank and how much you collect directly. Only prepaid online orders settle to the bank. Pay on delivery and counter sales are money you collect yourself.
