Add and edit a dish
Press Add Item on the Menu screen and fill in the name, category and price. Add a photo, then choose where the dish shows and how it is priced. To change a dish later, press the pencil on its row.

Add a dish
Step 1: Press Add Item
Open Menu and press Add Item. The form has your dish's details on the left and where it shows and how it is priced on the right.
Step 2: Fill in the basics
Enter the Item Name, pick a Category, then set the Base Price. Choose Veg, Non-veg or Other under Food Type.
Step 3: Add a photo and a description
Press the Upload box to choose a photo. Press Add description for the text under the name. You can also press Add secondary name for a second-language name.
Step 4: Choose where it shows
Under Availability, switch the dish on or off for Delivery, Takeaway and Dine-in. Under Pricing options, set Price as per Size / Custom or Tax Inclusive if they apply.
Step 5: Save
Press Add Item. The dish appears in its category right away.
Every field on the dish form
| Field | What it does |

| Item Name | The dish name customers see. Required. |
| Category | Where the dish sits. Required. Add a subcategory from here. |
| Base Price | The price. Not needed when the dish has sizes or is priced at the counter. |
| Delivery Price | A different price on delivery orders. Leave it empty for the same price. See Delivery prices and tax-inclusive prices. |
| Food Type | Shows a veg or non-veg mark. See Veg, non-veg and top dish marks. |
| Variants, Addons | Sizes and add-on groups. See Sizes and portions and Add-ons and choices. |
| Recommendations | Dishes suggested with this one. Saved dishes only. See Suggest dishes that go together. |
| Availability | Where the dish shows, and Available to mark it out of stock. See Show a dish only for delivery, takeaway or dine-in. |
