Prebooking: scheduled orders
Prebooking lets customers order now for a time you choose, such as tomorrow's lunch. You switch it on, decide how far ahead they can book and how much notice you need, and they pick a date and a slot at checkout. It is available from the Lite plan.

Turn on prebooking
Step 1: Enable it
Open Settings → Ordering → Prebooking settings. Make sure Takeaway & delivery is selected at the top, then switch on Enable Prebooking for Takeaway & Delivery. Prebooking also needs its switch on in Settings → Features.
Step 2: Decide if it is optional
With Make prebooking optional on, customers choose between ordering now and booking for later. Off, every customer must pick a date and time. When you first enable prebooking, Make prebooking optional and Let customers type a time both start on.
Step 3: Choose what customers pick
Under Booking options, set Customers pick to Date & time, Date only or Time only. Set the Earliest booking time you need, in minutes, hours or days. Turn on Let customers type a time if you'd rather they type than pick a slot.
Step 4: Set the dates
Under Dates, turn on Today only, or leave it off and set a Date range. Book up to sets how many days ahead customers can book.
Step 5: Set the time slots and save
Choose fixed ranges or rolling slots, as described in Fixed slots or rolling slots. Then press Save changes.
