Order link taps
When a flow sends a customer an order link, opening it counts as a tap. Order link taps shows the total, the number of different customers and today's taps, with a list of the most recent taps.

What the screen shows
In the dashboardSales channelWhatsAppOrder link taps
- Total taps counts every tap. Unique customers and Taps today are worked out from the most recent 200 taps, and the screen says so when there are more.
- Each row shows the customer's name and phone, with the date and time in your store's timezone.
- A customer deleted since the tap shows as Deleted customer.
- Press Refresh to reload.
How the links behave
- The link opens your menu with the customer already signed in, so they do not enter a code.
- A link is valid for 23 hours and works for the first person who opens it. A forwarded link is dead for everyone else.
- An expired or used link shows Order link expired or Link already used, with a Send “Hi” button to get a fresh one from your Welcome flow.
Good to knowA tap is not an order. It shows interest. To see what the customer ordered, open Your customer list or the order itself.
Questions
Why does a tap show a name I do not recognise?
Tapping the link creates or finds the customer's account from the phone number it was sent to. Customers who never gave a name show their phone number.
Why is my tap count zero?
Taps appear when customers open an order link from your flows, such as the Welcome flow's Order Now button. Switch that flow on first. See Build a flow.
