Delivery radius
The delivery radius is the farthest distance from your store that you deliver to. Customers beyond it can't place a delivery order. They can still choose takeaway. Change it any time in Delivery settings and watch the circle move on the map.

Set your delivery radius
Step 1: Use Delivery Radius
Open Settings → Ordering → Delivery settings. Under Delivery area, keep Delivery Radius selected. The other choice, Custom Boundary, replaces the radius with zones you draw.
Step 2: Enter the maximum delivery distance
Type the distance in kilometres in Maximum delivery distance. The field sits under the map and is labelled "km from your address". The circle on the map follows what you type.
Step 3: Save
Press Save. New checkouts use the new distance straight away. If your store has no pin yet, the distance field sits beside Minimum order amount instead of under a map.
How the distance is checked
| Moment | What happens |
|---|---|
| Customer drops a pin | The address picker measures the road distance to your store. Past your radius it refuses the pin and tells the customer how far your store delivers. |
| Customer reaches checkout | Checkout measures the distance again. Past your radius, delivery is blocked and the customer is offered Change address or Switch to takeaway. |
| No route can be found | The straight-line distance is used instead. |
| No distance saved | Stores that never set a radius use 15 km, the same figure the settings screen shows. |
