Comeback messages
Comeback messages reach customers who have gone quiet. You switch on the groups you want, such as lapsed or at-risk customers, pick an approved marketing message for each, and Menuthere messages anyone who passes the quiet period. Results show how many came back.

Set it up
Step 1: Write a message first
You need an approved Marketing template. If you have none, the screen says You need an approved marketing template first. Press Write my comeback message to create one, then wait for Meta to approve it.
Step 2: Switch on comeback messages
Open Sales channel → WhatsApp → Comeback messages and turn on the main switch. Once it is on, quiet customers are checked regularly and messaged automatically. Nothing waits on your approval.
Step 3: Choose your groups
Under Who to chase, switch on a group, pick its message from Choose what to say and set how many days quiet before it is messaged. Groups left off are never messaged.

Step 4: Watch the results
Past batches lists each send with how many customers were messaged and how many came back. A recent batch says measuring until enough days have passed. Run now starts a send straight away.
The safety rules
- Leave days quiet empty and each customer's own rhythm decides. A twice-a-week regular is overdue sooner than a monthly one. In practice that falls between 21 and 75 days.
- Nobody is messaged after 180 days of silence.
- A customer gets at most 2 comeback messages ever, and never within 60 days of each other.
- Messages are sent between 11 am and 8 pm, store time, with at least 7 days between batches.
- A small share of each big batch is held back on purpose, so the came back figure counts orders the message really caused.
- Customers who replied STOP or are blocked are skipped.
